You will communicate regularly with Drivers, Senior Technicians, Supervisors, and other employees regarding inventory needs, missing items, incoming and outgoing orders, and supply issues. You will maintain clear records of supplies on hand and promptly communicate problems so they can be addressed before they impact donor operations.
The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on inventory environment. Experience with inventory management, supply rooms, warehouse operations, healthcare supplies, or logistics is beneficial, along with the ability to accurately track materials and communicate effectively with a variety of operational partners. Candidates who enjoy being the person who makes sure the right supplies are in the right place at the right time will find this role especially rewarding.
