Inventory Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time; Exempt

Who You Are:
As an Inventory Supervisor at Curaleaf, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing inventory systems and implementing company policies. You are a detail-oriented and proactive leader who thrives in managing inventory operations and supporting cross-functional teams. As an Inventory Supervisor, you'll oversee inventory processes, ensure compliance, and lead teams to success. Your role will include overseeing all inventory and delivery functions related to cannabis oil, cannabis-infused products, excipients, containers, packaging, and other controlled inputs throughout the production cycle.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee and manage a team responsible for receiving, pick-and-pack operations, deliveries, and vault functions.
  • Ensure daily and weekly cycle counts and audits are completed in compliance with SOPs.
  • Maintain control over facility vaults and storage areas, logging receipts, and ensuring accurate inventory accounts.
  • Design and implement inventory tracking systems to enhance control and efficiency.
  • Analyze data to anticipate future inventory needs and address discrepancies with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate manufacturing requirements to fulfill customer orders while adhering to quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
  • Support cannabis production processes, including managing by-products and eliminating waste.
  • Work closely with Finance, Cultivation, Production, the Lab, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless inventory operations.
  • Partner with State and Private testing labs to secure testing slots and manage accurate chain-of-custody paperwork.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly high-level reports for upper management.
  • Ensure inventory levels at dispensaries are appropriate by collaborating with Dispensary Managers.

What You'll Bring:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of 3 years in supply chain or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous supervisory experience managing at least 3 direct reports.
  • Familiarity with auditing processes and warehouse/inventory control software systems.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Even Better If:

  • You have experience in Cost Accounting.
  • You are familiar with seed-to-sale software such as Dutchie or Biotrack.
  • You have a proactive and innovative mindset for continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to occasionally climb a ladder, crawl under low spaces
  • Ability to use a computer/look at a screen for long periods of time
  • Ability to have close vision (able to read small print at 20 inches or less)
