Inventory Control Associate – Shipping & Receiving

Location: Wilmington, DE Job Type: Full-time Pay: Based on Experience

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to manage input/output (I/O) processes, inventory tracking, and account transfers in a secure facility handling high-value materials. Shipping and receiving duties required as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily I/O reporting, verification, and error corrections
  • Process inventory transfers and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with audits
  • Test incoming materials for authenticity
  • Prepare, receive, and ship packages via USPS, FedEx, and other carriers
  • Load/unload deliveries and operate forklifts (up to 70 lbs)
  • Follow security procedures, including end-of-day vault protocols
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Requirements

  • Inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
