Inventory Control Coordinator
Location: Miramar, FL
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temp Inventory Control Coordinator to support a temporary inventory project at a pharmaceutical manufacturing warehouse. This position will assist with the inventory and reconciliation of documents, raw materials, finished goods, and warehouse items while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform physical inventory counts of warehouse materials, products, and documentation.
  • Verify inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies using Microsoft Excel and inventory records.
  • Organize, label, and maintain inventory documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Assist with tracking the movement of materials between warehouse locations.
  • Enter and update inventory data accurately in Excel and internal systems.
  • Coordinate the transfer and organization of inventory from off-site storage locations, including Iron Mountain.
  • Prepare reports and maintain detailed inventory records using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Work closely with warehouse, production, and quality teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following GMP and company safety guidelines.
  • Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Previous inventory control, warehouse, or inventory tracking experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated warehouse environment is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
