DCD Vehicle Corp is a U.S.-based Low-Speed Vehicle (LSV) manufacturer focused on expanding its product portfolio and strengthening its nationwide dealer network.

We integrate product design, manufacturing, and dealer operations to deliver high-quality electric vehicles across the U.S. market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming materials, parts, components, and supplies according to company procedures.
  • Count, inspect, and verify received items against packing lists, purchase orders, or system records.
  • Report any shortages, damages, wrong items, or quantity discrepancies to the supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Perform material put-away and ensure items are stored in the correct warehouse locations.
  • Pick, prepare, and issue materials based on production plans, work orders, or material requests.
  • Support daily material supply to production lines to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/WMS system or other company tracking tools.
  • Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, and inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Follow FIFO principles and company material control requirements.
  • Maintain proper labeling, location management, and material identification.
  • Assist with finished goods storage, staging, and shipping preparation when required.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts, if qualified and authorized.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe according to 5S standards.
  • Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Shipping teams to resolve material-related issues.
  • Support continuous improvement activities related to warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and material flow.
  • Complete other warehouse-related tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience with receiving, material issuing, inventory control, or warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Office or similar tools.
  • Experience using ERP, WMS, barcode scanning, or inventory systems preferred.
  • Forklift experience or forklift certification preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand packing lists, purchase orders, material labels, and basic warehouse documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese is preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required by the job.
