Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular counts of physical inventory, including cycle counts and full inventory audits
  • Verify stock quantities against system records and investigate discrepancies
  • Accurately enter inventory data into computer systems or warehouse management software
  • Update inventory records in real time to reflect receipts, transfers, and shipments
  • Assist with receiving shipments by checking quantities and recording incoming goods
  • Label, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Maintain documentation related to inventory transactions and adjustments
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors to resolve inventory issues
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures for inventory control and accuracy
  • Operate basic office and warehouse equipment, such as scanners and computers
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and use of inventory systems
