About the Role

A well-established medical device manufacturing company in Santa Rosa is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment operations.

This is a mid-level warehouse position responsible for processing incoming raw materials and supplies, supporting manufacturing operations through material kitting, and coordinating outbound shipments of finished goods to distribution centers, customers, and hospitals worldwide.


Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for discrepancies or damage

  • Receive and process materials into inventory using warehouse management systems

  • Transfer released materials into warehouse inventory locations

  • Pull and kit raw materials for manufacturing work orders

  • Generate shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments

  • Retrieve finished goods inventory to fulfill customer and distribution orders

  • Coordinate with Quality, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams

  • Work with shipping carriers during pickup operations

  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities

  • Maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment


Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2–4 years of warehouse, distribution center, stockroom, or shipping/receiving experience

  • Experience with inventory management or warehouse systems

  • Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally

Preferred:

  • Medical device industry experience

  • International shipping experience

  • Experience with ERP or inventory management software

  • College coursework or degree

The ideal candidate has a solid warehouse background, strong shipping and receiving experience, and is comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
