HR Coordinator Co-Op Multiple Consecutive Semesters

Location: New Bremen, OH, US, 45869

As one of the world's largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and related duties to support the Human Resources Department.
  • Filing
  • Assist Welcome Center receptionist and greet visitors
  • Assist with New Hire Orientation
  • Receive and route incoming phone calls to Human Resources
  • Run and distribute reports
  • Input data into the Human Resources databases and review for accuracy
  • Coordinate and support a variety of Human Resources programs such as Crown's paid time off program and verification of employment
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in a 2 or 4 year degree program in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Able to work more than 20 hours per week
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Professional office experience preferred
