Evening Logistics Operator — Cadillac, MI

Step into an evening role that keeps essential parts moving across Cadillac, MI. You’ll split time between the warehouse and the road—operating a forklift to load, tag, and stage containers, then hopping into a box truck to complete timely deliveries. If you enjoy structured routines with a dash of on-call urgency, this is your lane.

Schedule & Pay
  • Core hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm
  • Every other Saturday required
  • On-call every other week (3rd shift and weekends); must be willing to work on-call every other weekend
  • Pay rate: $19.00 per hour
What a Typical Shift Looks Like
  • Inspect your box truck and forklift; confirm your route and dock assignments.
  • Use a forklift to unload/load inbound and outbound trucks; tag containers and stage them in the correct locations.
  • Coordinate with customers via email, text, and phone to confirm timing and delivery details.
  • On weekends, complete box truck runs to deliver parts safely and on time.
What You Bring
  • Michigan Chauffeur’s License (required for operating the box truck)
  • Proven forklift experience and safe material-handling skills
  • Current DOT medical card
  • Comfort working an evening schedule with every other Saturday and an every-other-week on-call rotation
  • Clear, prompt communication with customers via email, texts, and calls

Must be able to pass a drug and background screen, and have a valid DOT card

A successful candidate will be subject to a background check and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team.
