Summary:  
  • This role supports warehouse and distribution operations by accurately processing customer orders and shipments.
  • The position requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders within the same day while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Complete daily tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Use a computer system to print customer orders and shipment details. 
  • Efficiently process shipments as part of a team to ensure same-day order completion and shipment. 
  • Pick products from storage areas, verify order accuracy, and pack items for shipment. 
  • Demonstrate initiative by assisting team members during slow periods. 
  • Perform general warehouse activities, including 5S tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, and organizing work areas. 
  • Restock picking and overflow storage locations as needed. 
Required Skills
  • 0+ years of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged). 
  • Warehouse picking experience in an FDA-regulated environment. 
  • High school diploma or GED. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. 
  • Forklift operation experience. 
  • Scanning experience. 
  • Prior picking and packing experience. 
  • General warehouse experience beyond entry-level duties.
