Location: Wyoming, MI
Shift: 1st shift 
Pay: $17.00 per hour 
 
 
Job Summary
The Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through material handling, order fulfillment, inventory movement, and loading activities. This role requires safe forklift operation, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. This position offers hire-in opportunities for dependable employees who demonstrate strong performance and teamwork.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Die Cast Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Select customer orders, build pallets, and prepare shipments for delivery.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load, unload, move, and stack products throughout the warehouse.
  • Utilize RF scanners and warehouse computer systems to track inventory and orders.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and follow established warehouse procedures.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
  • Work with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
 
In addition, you will be expected to follow all company safety policies and procedures while maintaining a productive work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Previous forklift or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
