Location: Holland, MI
Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | Monday–Friday + Overtime as Needed
Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Operator to join our warehouse team. This hybrid role combines hands-on material handling, forklift operation, inventory management, and warehouse organization to support daily operations. The ideal candidate has forklift experience, is comfortable using ERP or scanning systems (or is eager to learn), and has a proven history of reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Warehouse Operator, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Material Handling: Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse to support production and shipping operations.

  • Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to transport materials, load and unload deliveries, and replenish inventory as needed.

  • Inventory Management: Perform stock counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records using ERP or scanning systems.

  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and storage areas.

  • Shipping & Receiving Support: Assist with loading, unloading, and preparing materials for shipment and production.

  • Safety & Housekeeping: Follow all company safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

In addition, you will assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to ensure efficient daily operations and support production goals.
