Warehouse Associate – Loading / Unloading / Forklift Operator

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $19.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
  • Work Location: In person- Doral, Florida

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and safely
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stage, and store products
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against shipping documentation
  • Pick, pack, palletize, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory movement and warehouse organization
  • Transport materials throughout the warehouse and designated storage areas
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety standards
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
  • Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience required
  • Experience with loading and unloading trucks/containers
  • Prior forklift experience required (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or cherry picker experience a plus)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, walking, and lifting throughout the shift
  • Experience working in a fast-paced distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Basic computer or RF scanner experience is a plus
