Warehouse Associate Opportunity

Our client, a dental manufacturing company, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a clean, organized warehouse environment. The ideal Warehouse Associate will play a key role in ensuring products are accurately received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped to customers.

This position works primarily with small products and does not require forklift operation.

What You'll Do:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse and shipping operations while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
  • Stock inventory using established FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
  • Pick customer orders accurately using scanners and warehouse systems.
  • Verify product information, lot numbers, and expiration dates.
  • Pack products securely to ensure safe delivery.
  • Process outbound shipments using FedEx, UPS, and other shipping platforms.
  • Maintain inventory organization and assist with inventory tracking activities.
  • Generate and maintain reports related to product expiration dates and inventory management.
  • Prepare and package materials for trade shows and special events.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
