Entertainment Technology Partners (ETP), in support of LMG, is seeking an Operations Apprentice to participate in a structured, state-approved apprenticeship program designed to develop the next generation of live event and warehouse operations professionals. This role combines hands-on training with related technical instruction to build skills in audiovisual equipment handling, logistics, inventory management, and production support.
As an Operations Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced professionals while progressing through a defined training pathway aligned with industry standards. This is an opportunity to earn while you learn and build a long-term career supporting LMG's live event operations.

As an Operations Apprentice, you will actively train across warehouse and production workflows while building foundational and advanced operational skills.

โ€ข Equipment Handling & Training - Learn safe handling, staging, loading, and unloading of professional AV equipment under supervision
โ€ข Show Preparation Support - Assist with pull lists, manifests, and show documentation while learning production workflows
โ€ข Inventory Systems & Accuracy - Train on scanning, tracking, and maintaining inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems
โ€ข Equipment Returns & Organization - Learn proper equipment returns, storage procedures, and warehouse organization standards
โ€ข Logistics & Freight Support - Gain experience in truck loading, receiving, verification, and shipment preparation
โ€ข Cross-Department Exposure - Rotate through key operational areas including QC, logistics, and technical departments
