ASSISTANT MANAGER - VULPINE

ABOUT US

Vulpine is a refined, highly curated apparel, beauty, and lifestyle boutique built around personal service, elevated style, and a distinctly warm, welcoming point of view. We offer a mix of seasonless wardrobe essentials, curated emerging designers, luxury beauty brands including our in-house line, Woosh Beauty, and considered lifestyle goods. Our goal is to create a space that feels inspiring, modern, and deeply personal.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in leading daily operations, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, operational oversight, and team development to ensure Vulpine operates at the highest standard.

Store Hours:
7 days: Monday-Saturday:10a to 6p or 7pm
Sunday:11a to 3p
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends required.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Support daily store operations and team leadership
• Coach and develop sales associates to drive performance
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
• Monitor sales goals and key performance indicators
• Oversee scheduling and floor coverage
• Ensure inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and discretion
• Step into leadership responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 2 plus years retail leadership experience
• Strong sales acumen and customer service mindset
• Excellent communication and team development skills
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
