Wanda's Winnebagos is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations onsite in Mountain View, CA.

Position Summary

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the business, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a high-quality customer and team experience. This role combines leadership, accountability, and a hands-on approach to drive results.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coach and develop staff, and collaborate across functions to ensure goals are met while maintaining strong standards for service, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflows and consistent execution of business priorities

  • Lead, coach, and manage team performance, including scheduling, training, and accountability

  • Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable operational standards, including safety and quality expectations
