The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management, plays a critical role in enhancing supply chain operations by implementing process improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable solutions. This position involves analyzing data to optimize network efficiencies, resolving escalated issues, and supporting supplier compliance. The role requires providing expert guidance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering strong partnerships across the distribution network and fulfillment centers. The successful candidate will contribute to cost reduction efforts, support operational execution, and uphold company standards while advancing supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.

Our team drives operational excellence across Walmart’s global import network by managing shipment execution, delivery performance, and process transformation. We develop and implement standardized operating procedures to ensure consistent process compliance and partner with business, technology, and logistics teams to create scalable solutions. Focused on improving supply chain reliability and efficiency, the team leads cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational governance and streamline workflows. By leveraging data analysis and continuous improvement practices, we support effective decision-making and contribute to the overall success of Walmart’s supply chain operations worldwide.
What you'll do:
  • Implement and improve supply chain and replenishment processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable solutions on schedule.
  • Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to enhance distribution network and fulfillment center efficiencies.
  • Lead resolution of daily operational issues and escalations related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and returns.
  • Support supplier compliance by providing data and conducting root cause analysis of exceptions.
  • Guide field operations by communicating expectations and acting as liaison with suppliers and transporters.
  • Drive process improvements using lean concepts and end-to-end costing to reduce waste and costs.
  • Build strong partnerships to identify business needs, monitor progress, and capitalize on improvement opportunities.

  • Proven expertise in supply chain management and analysis, with a strong focus on process improvement and root cause analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management and Microsoft Office applications to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in implementing sustainable supply chain solutions and managing escalations within distribution networks and fulfillment centers.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
