About the Central Fill Facilities Maintenance Team

We support Health and Wellness operations by ensuring all equipment, systems, and facilities are in top condition-enabling our associates to deliver life-saving medications to customers nationwide. Your leadership will help us set the standard for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Shift: 2nd shift - 2pm - 2am - Sunday - Saturday availabilityWhat you'll do...

• Lead and coach a team of maintenance technicians, delegating tasks and monitoring progress.
• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance for material handling and power equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and custodial systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to optimize facility performance.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and analytical tools to track performance, report results, and drive improvements.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years in a Walmart maintenance technician role or 1+ year in industrial maintenance (welding, refrigeration, electrical, electronics) with team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial warehouse or manufacturing maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data analysis.
• Demonstrated management experience with the ability to lead teams and projects.
• Experience with electrical systems, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $96,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
