Job description

  • Operate powered lift equipment (Crown PE Rider-Walkie or Crown RC Stand-Up Counter-Balanced) safely.
  • Read and understand production and repack schedules.
  • Inspect wood pallets presented for delivery to production lines.
  • Read and understand the packing specifications.
  • Inspect and count products packed by production, ensuring correct product code, label weight, PE number, and date code.
  • Generate correct lot and pallet ID barcode labels.
  • Record all inventory labels generated on the appropriate production, relabel, repack log including hold notations.
  • Correctly complete all mix-in and repack summaries.
  • Print transaction journal for all products labeled into inventory on each log and compare the system transaction with the written logs.
  • Investigate all discrepancies between transaction journal transactions and logs.
  • Weigh combos as needed to determine tare and net weights.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • All other relevant duties as assigned.

  • General knowledge and use of basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to work weekends.
  • Ability to work in cold conditions.
  • Good communications skills; bi-lingual skills preferred.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Occasionally lift 40+ lbs.
