JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a skilled and competent waiter/waitress to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our guests, maintaining and enhancing the quality of our guest service. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues and follow established health and safety standards.

The goal is to accelerate our business development by providing guests with a memorable experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order

•   Attend to guests upon arrival at table

•   Present menus and introduce DB concept and food & beverage specialties.

•   Take and serve food/drinks orders, make recommendations for other products and up-sell any additional products

•   Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy

•   Check products for quality and correct any problems that keep them from enjoying their meal/drink

•   Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude

•   Deliver checks and collect payments

•   Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff

•   Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations

•   Provide excellent guest services that promote satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

•   Proven guest serving/ waitering experience

•   Guest-oriented approach and patience

•   Ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and guests

•   Excellent people skills - Problem solving and decision making skills
