Key responsibilities

  • Build the analytics infrastructure to understand activity across every website touchpoint.

  • Design and run a rigorous experimentation program to improve website conversion.

  • Own the SEO and organic strategy to attract the right visitors to the website.

Job description

About the Role
Clearwater Analytics is one of the fastest-growing fintech SaaS platforms in the world, processing trillions in assets across thousands of institutional clients worldwide. Our marketing website is one of our most important revenue assets and we're looking for the person who will own it as a conversion engine.
As our Growth Marketing Manager - Web & Conversion, you'll be the architect of how we turn site traffic into measurable pipeline. That means building the analytics infrastructure to understand what's happening across every touchpoint, designing and running a rigorous experimentation program to improve it, and owning the SEO and organic strategy that brings the right visitors in the first place. You'll work at the intersection of data, technology, and strategy - with direct visibility into revenue impact and a seat at the table with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales leadership.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks in systems, moves fast, and cares deeply about the quality of their data and the rigor of their tests.
What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5-6+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, web analytics, growth marketing, or digital marketing operations in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep ownership of web analytics platforms - GA4/GA360, Google Tag Manager, or Heap - including event instrumentation, debugging, and data governance
  • Proven track record building and scaling structured A/B and multivariate testing programs with measurable conversion and CAC outcomes
  • Experience with at least one CRO/experimentation platform (Optimizely, VWO, Webflow Optimize, Convert, or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience with behavioral research tools (Hotjar, FullStory, Microsoft Clarity, or equivalent) to identify friction points and optimization opportunities
  • Ability to build and manage pages independently using a CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Contentful, or equivalent) without engineering dependency
  • Experience owning or contributing significantly to SEO and organic growth strategy

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SQL or BigQuery for experiment validation, cohort analysis, and behavioral metric analysis
  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketo or HubSpot for attribution and lead tracking
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) for executive-facing dashboards
  • Familiarity with AI-driven discovery platforms and emerging search optimization (GEO/AEO)
  • Experience working across multi-region environments

What We Offer:
  • Business casual atmosphere
  • Team focused culture that promotes innovation and ownership
  • Access to cutting-edge investment reporting technology and expertise
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • PTO and volunteer time off to give back to the community
  • Career pathways that let you grow your own way
  • Work from anywhere 3 weeks out of the year
  • Work from home Fridays
  • Maternity and paternity leave

Compensation:
$102,000-$144,000 + bonus (salary varies depending on hiring location)
Salary Range
$102,000.00 - $144,000.00
