Associated Bank is seeking an experienced Vice President, Treasury Management Officer (TMO) to build and grow strategic commercial and institutional client relationships. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, delivering treasury and cash management solutions that help clients achieve their business goals while driving growth for the bank. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, collaborate with experienced banking professionals, and contribute to the continued success of our Treasury Management team.
  • Manage complex commercial and institutional treasury relationships while delivering exceptional client service and strategic financial solutions.

  • Drive new business development by identifying opportunities to grow treasury revenue, deposit balances, and client relationships.

  • Partner with Relationship Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated treasury, credit, foreign exchange, and wealth management solutions.

  • Develop customized proposals, pricing strategies, and treasury recommendations that address clients' evolving business needs.

  • Monitor portfolio performance to ensure profitability, compliance, service quality, and long-term client satisfaction.

  • Mentor junior Treasury Management colleagues and support team development through coaching, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

  • Represent Associated Bank within the community by building professional relationships and participating in business and networking events.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 8+ years of treasury management, relationship management, treasury product, implementation, or consultative sales experience with a strong focus on business development.

  • 6+ years of success in consultative selling, relationship management, and client development.

  • 6+ years of expertise in treasury management products, treasury systems, cash management solutions, and applicable industry regulations.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if required for the position.

Preferred

  • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification.

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.

  • Experience managing complex commercial and institutional client portfolios.

  • Experience mentoring colleagues and leading cross-functional initiatives.
