Job description

LGI Homes is seeking a VP of Land Acquisitions in the Raleigh area.

As one of America’s fastest growing companies and a Top Workplace in the USA, LGI Homes has a notable legacy of homebuilding excellence. We are seeking land acquisitions professionals who are self-motivated and eager to dive in to the LGI Homes system and culture.

The Vice President of Land Acquisitions is responsible for the acquisition of residential lots and land in our Raleigh and Wilmington markets. This role will negotiate and execute all contracts for land acquisitions, and underwrite all acquisitions the LGI way.

This position will manage all potential acquisition budgets and costs and recruit, train and manage additional staff as needed. Some travel may be required.

Requirements

The Vice President of Land Acquisitions must have at least 7-10 years of relevant experience in the homebuilding industry. A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred. A valid driver's license is required.
