The role will also provide executive positioning and thought leadership expertise, responsible for strategic counsel and content development to drive executive visibility. A successful candidate will have experience leading accounts and multifaceted social media campaigns, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, and excel in project management, external storytelling, and content development. Experience with social crisis response and reputation management in digital environments. Proficiency in data analysis to measure campaign performance and generate actionable insights. Experience in creating compelling narratives, identifying creative event and partnership opportunities and providing strategic council to support executive positioning. Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills, including effective team management, direct client engagement, mentorship and training of junior staff, and the ability to maintain composure and high-quality output under tight deadlines. Demonstrated account and campaign management abilities, including relationship building, team leadership, and financial oversight. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver on time and within budget. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience developing both short- and long-form content. Proven track record of identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with teams to implement new initiatives.
