Vice President - Property Management

Peak Living is seeking an accomplished and results-driven Vice President to join our growing organization. Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of multifamily communities through the supervision and development of Regional Managers. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, owner satisfaction, and organizational growth while supporting new business development opportunities.

Education & Experience

  • Lead Regional Managers in achieving operational excellence across a portfolio of multifamily communities.
  • Meet or exceed budgeted revenue, occupancy, expense management, and profitability objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional owner experiences by proactively anticipating needs, communicating effectively, and consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain top talent while building a strong leadership pipeline for future growth.
  • Drive execution of company initiatives, strategic priorities, and operational best practices throughout the portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance, increase efficiency, and enhance the resident and team member experience.
  • Support business development efforts, including acquisitions, transitions, client relationships, and growth initiatives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement strategies that strengthen Peak Living's market position and long-term success.
