Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Vice President of Marketingto support the rapid growth of our Consumer Products Retail division. This role is a perfect blend of marketing the brands to retailers, trade show execution, project management & sales teams support - ideal for someone who loves wearing multiple hats in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Reports to: SVP General Manager Retail Division
Direct reports: N/A
FLSA: Exempt
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Marketing to retail customers both current and prospects retail customers .
  • Managing relationship and building marketing elements with third party agency.
  • Working closely with retail customers on marketing materials, packaging graphics and display materials in the retailer environment.
  • Building out sales materials, support sales teams with presentations, tailored specifically to each retailer.
  • Lead and manage planning and execution major annual trade shows (e.g., Natural Products Expo West/East, Summer & Winter Fancy Food, PLMA Private Label, GroceryShop, NRA Show, etc.)
  • Manage full event lifecycle:

KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Position's key contacts and relationships.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in retail marketing , sales support, trade show management, or CPG brand experience (food & beverage required).
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and p
  • Proficiency in Project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% (retailer meetings and trade shows).

  • Bachelor or MBA preferred Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
