Location:โ€“ Colombus, OH โ€“ 100% onsite 3 days from office

Job Description โ€“ Release Manager:

  • Strong Communication Skills โ€“ Ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.
  • Organizational Skills โ€“ Manage multiple activities, timelines, and dependencies with precision, detail oriented
  • Backgroundโ€“ Current Application Knowledge or existing Wells Fargo RM experience will be a big plus
SVP/CCBP RM Responsibilities

Plan the Deployment

  • Organize and facilitate the Plan the Deploy meeting, where the release scope is reviewed and validated. This serves as the first checkpoint to ensure nothing is missed(Dependencies, timelines, open defects) before moving to the regression testing.

Final Release Review & Pre-Production Validation
  • Lead the final release review to confirm there are no outstanding issues that would block the change, including SDLC compliance, open defects, and security vulnerabilities.

Late Project delivery Coordination
  • Negotiation and communication for all late delivery projects, ensuring clarity on impact and options.
  • Partner with project teams to determine whether a late item can still meet release timelines or if it should be formally deferred to a future release.
  • Secure alignment and agreement from all stakeholders on the chosen pathโ€”either inclusion in the current release or postponement.
Pilot management
  • Facilitate daily Pilot meetings when defects or issues are present, coordinating troubleshooting and driving resolution.
Change & Approval Management
  • Create and track CR approvals, ensuring all SDLC, Change Management, and Security approvals are completed.
SDLC Coordination
  • Partner with Scrum Masters to resolve all SDLC-related issues prior to release.
Security & Compliance

Maintain and monitoring multiple vulnerability systems to track and close outstanding Checkmarx and Black Duck findings to avoid any release block.

CIV RM Responsibilities

CIV includes all responsibilities listed under SVP/CCBP, plus a significantly more involved pilot process:

Enhanced Pilot Process
  • Facilitate daily business review meetings each afternoon after Pilot feedback is collected.
  • Lead troubleshooting sessions, which are expected for every Pilot cycle due to the volume and complexity of changes.
  • Host internal daily meetings to coordinate issues, progress, and next steps throughout the Pilot window.
