You'll oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, and the organization's new Database of Record (DoR), ensuring systems are secure, integrated, and easy for staff to use.

Working closely with executive leadership, department leaders, and technology partners, you'll develop long-term technology strategies, oversee major system implementations, and ensure our technology investments directly support our mission and organizational goals. You'll also lead a small multidisciplinary team while helping foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do Enterprise Technology Leadership

  • Build organizational confidence in using technology and data to improve decision-making.
Vendor & Technology Management
  • Manage technology budgets, software licensing, vendor contracts, and procurement.
  • Evaluate technology solutions and oversee vendor performance.
  • Ensure technology investments deliver long-term value and support JBNC's strategic priorities.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Systems, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Ten or more years of progressively responsible experience in information technology, enterprise systems, or data operations.
  • Experience leading large-scale enterprise technology implementations and organizational change initiatives.
