Your Mission:
Provides leadership to Little Caesars Enterprises finance teams in their purview and is responsible for delivering value-added business analysis of financial and operational metrics to drive the chain. Responsible for development and implementation of financial strategies and financial resources to ensure the achievement of the company's strategic business plans and goals. Leads budgeting and forecasting for their areas in close partnership with functional partners and the VP, Corporate FP&A. Ensures the quality of financial management throughout the organization including processes and business analysis. Engage closely with the Data/Analytics team to build/deliver quality reporting and business analytics tools. Supports the global Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc. (LCE) franchise community by providing information that assists them in maximizing the ROI on their LCE investment. Plays a key role in functional and other cross functional Steering committees.
How You'll Make An Impact:
  • Responsible for developing and driving the short- and long-term financial position of the organization and monitoring key performance indicators to drive performance results.
  • Plays a key role in functional and other steering committees. Provides fact-based thought leadership on key strategic and financial decisions for the organization.
  • Provides financial counsel, advice and knowledge internally at all levels when evaluating potential decisions that may have a significant impact on the business.
  • Leads all budgeting and forecasting for functional support areas, working closely with functional partners and the VP, Corporate FP&A.
  • Engages closely with the Data Analytics team to build/deliver quality reporting and business analytics tools.
  • Ensures the quality of financial management through strong processes and controls and employs a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for opportunities to be more efficient and effective.
  • Provides leadership, development, performance management and coaching to their team to ensure controls are in place to protect company assets and maximize financial returns.
  • Engages with and supports the global franchise community by providing data, analytics and insights that enable them to maximize their investment in Little Caesars and drives future growth.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of internal and external information.
  • Leads the business through periods of growth and positions business to capitalize on as yet undiscovered opportunities.
  • Key presenter internally and externally, for example, at New Franchisee Training and at the annual Franchise Business Conference.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Twenty (20)+ years of experience in finance. Fifteen (15)+ years of experience managing within the finance function and within a diverse, global entity.
  • Evidence of well-developed interpersonal skills, maturity, and sound judgment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Evidence of planning acumen, analytical expertise and long-term strategic outlook with proven results.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to Little Caesars Enterprises, franchisees and various vendors.
  • Evidence of a successful leadership track record with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
  • No employment or contractual restrictions due to existing confidentiality and/or non-competition agreement and ability and willingness to sign a confidentiality and non-competition agreement with the Ilitch companies.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • MBA
  • CPA or CMA certification
  • Previous experience in a leadership role with a QSR or a similar (franchise) environment.

Where You'll Work:
  • This position requires travel and adherence to the corporate travel policies.
  • Traditional office environment with minimal traffic or computer noise.
