  • Champion a compassionate, responsive, and consistent patient experience.
  • Partner with Human Resources to strengthen organizational design, leadership development, workforce planning, engagement, and succession.
  • Collaborate with technology, quality, compliance, legal, finance, marketing, and revenue cycle leaders to improve enterprise performance.
  • Lead or contribute to additional initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree is required. A master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • At least 10 years of progressive healthcare operations experience.
    • Experience in fertility care, women’s health, physician practice management, ambulatory surgery, laboratory operations, private equity-backed healthcare, or an MSO environment is strongly preferred.
    • Significant senior leadership experience within a complex, multi-site healthcare organization.
    • Demonstrated responsibility for operational performance, financial results, workforce planning, and organizational growth.
    • A successful history of partnering with physicians and clinical leaders.
    • Experience leading change, improving underperforming operations, and developing strong operational leaders.
    • Experience supporting acquisitions, practice integrations, de novo locations, or rapid organizational growth.
  • Skills:
    • Strong financial, operational, analytical, and strategic capabilities.
    • The ability to build trust and lead effectively across a geographically dispersed organization.
    • Excellent judgment, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and executive presence.
  • Annual Salary: Final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
