What is a VP Network Operations?

A VP of Network Operations is a senior executive responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and strategic planning of an organization's network infrastructure. This role involves leading teams that ensure network reliability, security, and performance to support business operations. They collaborate with other departments to align network strategies with organizational goals and often play a key role in vendor management, budgeting, and compliance. The VP of Network Operations also stays updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

How does a VP Network Operations typically collaborate with other departments to ensure network reliability and performance?

A VP of Network Operations often works closely with IT, security, and business operations teams to maintain network reliability and performance.
