Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Director-level or higher leadership experience in home health operations (required)

  • Hospice leadership experience preferred

  • Minimum of 2+ years overseeing multiple locations or regional operations

  • Proven experience driving census growth, operational performance, and financial results

  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within home health and hospice services

  • Demonstrated ability to lead executive teams and mentor site-level leadership

  • Knowledge of the Ohio healthcare market preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for multiple home health and hospice agencies across the region

  • Supervise and support Executive Directors and site leadership teams

  • Drive regional census growth and support business development initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory requirements across all locations

  • Maintain and improve quality metrics, patient outcomes, and operational performance

  • Monitor financial performance, including labor management and cost containment

  • Lead operational initiatives that improve efficiency, patient experience, and organizational performance
