Position Summary
TRG Management is seeking an accomplished, results-driven Regional Vice President to oversee a portfolio of luxury apartment communities throughout Florida. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a demonstrated history of driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team development across a multifamily portfolio.
This individual must possess exceptional leadership skills, strong business acumen, and an ownership mindset. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who proactively identifies opportunities, anticipates challenges, and develops effective solutions that enhance asset performance and resident satisfaction. They must have the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams, foster a culture of accountability, and consistently deliver exceptional results for residents, associates, ownership groups, and stakeholders.
The Regional Vice President will serve as a trusted partner to ownership and executive leadership, making decisions that balance operational excellence, asset preservation, revenue growth, and long-term value creation.

Requirements
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum five years of experience as a Regional Manager, Senior Regional Manager, or Regional Vice President overseeing multifamily communities, with a proven history of operational success, team leadership, and financial performance.
  • Extensive experience overseeing luxury apartment communities, including lease-ups, stabilized assets, and value-add projects.
  • Proven track record of driving occupancy, revenue growth, resident retention, and operational performance.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with experience managing large and diverse teams.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and asset management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
  • Proficiency in property management software (OneSite/RealPage preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be willing to travel throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
