ISN Corporation is seeking an experienced Vice President of Programs to lead a diverse portfolio of federal contracts delivering professional services, technology solutions, operational support, and mission-critical business services.


Reporting to executive leadership, the Vice President will provide strategic direction, executive oversight, and operational leadership across multiple federal programs. This individual will be responsible for ensuring successful contract execution, customer satisfaction, financial performance, technology modernization, operational excellence, and organizational growth.

The successful candidate will partner closely with Program Managers, technical teams, business development professionals, and government stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer service.


Executive Leadership & Program Delivery

  • Provide executive leadership for a portfolio of federal contracts supporting civilian and defense agencies.
  • Ensure successful execution of programs within scope, budget, schedule, quality, and contractual requirements.
  • Develop long-term operational strategies that improve organizational performance and customer outcomes.
  • Oversee program financial performance, forecasting, staffing, resource planning, and profitability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, operational metrics, and customer satisfaction to ensure successful program delivery.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
