Join a leading telecommunications infrastructure company as the Vice President of Operations for the Western Region. This full-time, onsite role based in Sacramento, CA offers executive leadership over multi-state telecommunications network construction across California, Nevada, and Utah. You will drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial performance, managing a regional team of approximately 40 employees and overseeing a business generating over $25 million annually. Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans, managing P&L, leading business development, overseeing project execution, ensuring safety and compliance, and fostering customer relationships with carriers, utilities, and municipalities. This role demands a passionate leader committed to safety, quality, and operational efficiency, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a dynamic environment.
Top Requirements:
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in telecommunications infrastructure, underground utility, or heavy civil construction
