Core Responsibilities
  • Lead manufacturing, production, maintenance, supply chain, procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.
  • Develop operational strategies that support growth, quality, safety, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Optimize production through lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous-improvement methods.
  • Drive equipment utilization, preventive maintenance, automation, technology improvements, and capital planning.
  • Strengthen production planning, inventory controls, waste reduction, and material availability.
  • Partner with executive leadership on long-term growth and operational strategy.
  • Lead change initiatives and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Sales, HR, and Finance.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Proven experience in production management, process optimization, and multi-department team leadership.
