Job Summary:
Johnson & Johnson MedTech is a leader in healthcare innovation dedicated to improving health for humanity. The Director, ERP, Finance Tech is responsible for the strategy and optimization of enterprise finance systems, focusing on ERP platforms to ensure scalable and compliant financial operations.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Define and execute the ERP and Finance Technology strategy, aligned with enterprise and Finance objectives.
โ€ข Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of ERP finance modules (e.g., recordโ€‘toโ€‘report, orderโ€‘toโ€‘cash, procureโ€‘toโ€‘pay).
โ€ข Provide people leadership for multiโ€‘disciplinary technology teams, including talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
โ€ข Partner with Finance leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, compliant technology solutions.
โ€ข Oversee program and portfolio management for finance technology initiatives, including budget, timelines, and risk management.

Qualifications:
Required:

โ€ข Strong peopleโ€‘leader experience, managing managers and senior professionals.
โ€ข Deep understanding of finance processes, controls, and compliance requirements.
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate strategy into execution.
โ€ข Language: English required.
โ€ข Travel: Up to 20% domestic and international travel.
Preferred:
โ€ข Masterโ€™s degree or MBA preferred.
โ€ข Experience with SAP or comparable Tierโ€‘1 ERP platforms in a global environment.
โ€ข Background supporting business separations, integrations, or largeโ€‘scale transformations.
โ€ข Experience in MedTech, Life Sciences, or regulated industries.
โ€ข Strong change leadership and organizational transformation capabilities.
โ€ข Proven experience leading large, complex ERP implementations or transformations.
โ€ข Certifications: SAP, PMP, or ITIL certifications preferred.
