  • The Vice President, Client Processing Manager plays a pivotal role within the Transaction Processing function, contributing to BNY's strategic pillars through effective management of client processing operations. 
  • This position is integral in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, aligning with BNY's principles of integrity, teamwork, and client focus. 
  • The role requires a deep understanding of transaction processes to ensure efficient and accurate execution, supporting the organization's commitment to delivering high-quality client service and operational reliability.
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for client processing operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements by demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service skills required to interact with client as well as external and internal business partners.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues, utilizing expertise in transaction processing to provide effective solutions.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of transaction processing activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations.
  • Drive strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing transaction processing frameworks, contributing to the overall business strategy.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, promoting professional growth and advancement. 

To be successful in this role, weโ€™re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required. 
    • Advanced degree or professional certifications in finance or business administration preferred. 
  • Typically 5-8 years of experience in transaction processing or related field within financial services.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
