Job Description

We are looking for dynamic leader to join the High Net Worth (HNW) Card Product team, focusing on driving growth and delivering on our product vision for our HNW customer segment and the J.P. Morgan Reserve card portfolio. As a Vice President, Card Product Strategy Lead, you will define and implement new products and features for HNW customers, working in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Corporate Development, Risk, Operations, and Wealth Management teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support development of our product line strategy through industry awareness and competitive insights, market research studies, and customer segmentation and behavior analysis
  • Understand P&L and economics of products to inform benefits, features, and pricing
  • Analyze customer feedback and behavior dynamics that will drive product decisions and prioritization
  • Lead cross functional working teams in order to deliver on our product roadmap, including value proposition, pricing, and business case development
  • Develop materials for Business Reviews with executive leadership and other forums by crafting a comprehensive story of the High Net Worth Card Product strategy

  Required qualifications:

  • 8+ years of financial services product management, product strategy, or consulting experience. Credit card or payments industry experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to develop fact driven and financially sound business plans
  • Proactive, strategic, and results driven with the ability to manage and clearly communicate complex initiatives to define value propositions and mobilize large go-to-market teams
  • Excel at synthesizing information into written and verbal communications for senior level audiences
  • Proven ability to lead and influence large teams of cross-functional internal and external stakeholders and drive business results while demonstrating strong collaboration, relationship and project management skills
  • BA degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred
  • Customer-obsessed, with experience translating customer insights, P&L dynamics, and data analysis into product strategies
  • Experience working with High Net Worth clients and/or in luxury goods & services
