AppJaxx is a rapidly growing marketing agency that partners with marketing firms, franchisors, business brokers, and B2B service providers to help them scale through LinkedIn lead generation, appointment-setting systems, and automated CRM workflows. By combining data, technology, and strategy, we deliver predictable and sustainable growth for our clients.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President (EVP) to drive company-wide strategy, execution, and growth initiatives at the highest level.

Position Overview

This role focuses on scaling operations, accelerating revenue growth, and strengthening organizational performance.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven executive with strong leadership capabilities, strategic vision, and the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee company-wide operations across sales, marketing, and client delivery teams.
Drive strategic initiatives that support revenue growth, market expansion, and operational excellence.
Collaborate closely with the executive team to define and execute the company’s vision and long-term strategy.
Ensure alignment between departments to achieve business objectives efficiently and effectively.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all functions.
Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new revenue streams.

Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to senior management and department heads.
Strengthen internal processes, systems, and organizational structure to support scalability.
Represent the company in high-level strategic discussions, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
