Summary:
The VP & CNO assumes oversight responsibility for the fiscal, clinical, administrative management and regulatory compliance for patient care services for their sites(s). The VP & CNO ensures the safe, effective, high-quality patient-centered nursing care throughout the health care organization. The VP & CNO is strategically positioned at the senior leadership level. The VP & CNO collaborates with, and influences, the organization's governing body, medical leadership and other organizational leaders across departments (i.e. Finance, Ancillary, etc.). The VP & CNO develops and implements a strategic plan for patient care services and is responsible to develop and maintain a healthy work environment predicated on employee engagement, patient safety, exemplary outcomes and financial prudency.

10-year clinical nursing experience, at minimum.
Demonstrated progressive management experience in healthcare.
