• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Document all procedures with thoroughness, mentor new staff or students, and ensure stringent quality standards within the lab.
• Preserve a clutter-free, safe work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Background

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, along with ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Qualifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing certification maintenance is required throughout your tenure.
