The Role
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll partner with the sales team to demonstrate how Finch's solutions will address their business needs. In addition to collaborating with the Account Executives, you'll partner closely with the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Sales Engineer supporting our rapidly growing team.
What You'll Do
  • Be a technical subject-matter expert on all of our products and support the sales team throughout the sales process and deal strategy
  • Be a strategic partner with Account Executives to demonstrate to prospects how Finch can address their use cases and technical requirements that drive business outcomes
  • Identify innovative solutions and deliver constructive feedback for process improvements
  • Equip the sales teams to efficiently close deals with technical sales enablement material

What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years of relevant sales engineering experience
  • Technical understanding to drive selling strategies with prospective customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Engaging persona with the ability to build relationships with business and technical contacts

$180,000 - $190,000 a year
Finch's compensation package includes a competitive base salary benchmarked against real-time market data, as well as equity for all full-time roles. We want all full-time employees to be invested in Finch and to be able to take advantage of that investment, so our equity grants include a 10-year exercise window.
We also offer exceptional benefits and, for this role, commission plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is:
$180,000 - $190,000 OTE
