We're currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction, industrial, and municipal rehabilitation projects, with a strong focus on field operations, crew management, scheduling, and project financials.
Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing field execution and managing project timelines, budgets, and resource planning. This role requires the ability to coordinate daily operations, track multiple active and upcoming projects, and serve as a key liaison between management and field teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, safety-focused, and experienced in managing construction projects from start to finish.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between management, operations, and field crews
  • Plan and coordinate all elements of construction project execution
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with contractor timelines
  • Oversee cost tracking, revenue forecasting, and overall project financial reporting
  • Manage labor planning, resource forecasting, and equipment/material procurement
  • Attend construction planning meetings, project site walks, and client discussions
  • Assist with quality control and uphold safety protocols across all job sites
  • Support field operations by providing direction and addressing on-site needs
  • Ensure timely project completion within budget and QA/QC standards
  • Review and approve daily reports, time logs, and all vendor/customer invoices
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, but some flexibility is required as job duties demand.
