About the role: Great opportunity working onsite at our Manning facility. The inventory clerk reports to the Warehouse Lead. In this role you will be oversee Storeroom operations while you perform an array of other duties as they are assigned. Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload goods from trucks or containers
  • Stock shelves and maintain inventory
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments
  • Keep records of inventory and shipments
  • Keep the warehouse clean and safe
  • Place all necessary orders and replenishments using the SAP requisitions system.
  • Work with the storeroom lead to complete all parts department cycle counts.
  • Work with different departments to fulfill needs throughout the warehouse
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment safely.
  • Receive returns from projects, organize and restock materials, physically and systematically.
  • Comply with all company procedures.
  • Complete all required training materials, attend all scheduled storeroom meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for the deliveries, maintain inventories, keep operating records, and prepare daily record of transactions.
  • Help to ensure compliance of established security, customer service and record keeping policies.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Great communication skills and competent with basic math computations.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to achieve such, and ability to operate a hand truck and pallet jack.
  • Demonstrate customer service in working with customers.
  • Previous work records should demonstrate stability and performance results.
  • Schedule flexibility including times when you will come to work on short notice, or work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
  • Immediately report any violation of company policies.
  • Lift or move up to 50 lbs. frequently, and occisionally up to 100 lbs.
