About the Role: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email from home. Ideal for organized, solution-oriented Italian speakers who thrive in a multicultural environment.

Requirements: Italian native or C1 level English B2 level EU passport or valid work permit

What's Offered: Fully paid training (15 - 30 days) Free Greek lessons Referral and performance bonuses 14 salary payments per year, including extra at Christmas and vacation Additional perks and recognition

Schedule: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day Rotating shifts Monday-Friday (0800:21:00 EEST) Weekends off
