Join a mission-driven clinical team dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals, families, and professionals through evidence-based behavioral consultation. In this part-time remote role, you will provide personalized teleconsultation services that empower parents, caregivers, neurodivergent employees, and workplace leaders with practical strategies and ongoing guidance. You'll leverage your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to improve quality of life across home, school, and workplace environments. Ideal for experienced BCBAs who are passionate about education, advocacy, and client-centered care, the role combines flexibility with purpose in an international environment.

Accountabilities
  • Deliver individualized teleconsultation sessions via phone or video to parents, caregivers, neurodivergent professionals, and workplace managers.
  • Provide evidence-based guidance on behavioral interventions, daily living skills, social development, executive functioning, self-advocacy, and workplace success using ABA principles.
  • Support families in navigating educational systems, IEP processes, transition planning, and community resources.
  • Assist neurodivergent adults with workplace accommodations, diagnosis disclosure, communication strategies, and professional development.
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular follow-up consultations, timely documentation, recommendations, referrals, and prompt responses to client inquiries.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary professionals and connect clients with additional support services or employer-sponsored resources when appropriate.
  • Uphold high standards of confidentiality, clinical professionalism, and quality of care while managing multiple client consultations efficiently.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • At least 3 years of experience providing parent training and caregiver coaching through ABA methodologies.
  • Experience supporting neurodivergent adults, including individuals with ADHD and Level 1 Autism Spectrum Disorder, particularly in workplace settings.
  • Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, with the ability to support clients across international time zones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage back-to-back consultations, prioritize effectively, and make sound clinical decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining confidential client information.
  • Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary remote teams; additional experience in counseling, learning disabilities, or adult support services is considered an advantage.
Benefits
  • Fully remote, part-time contract role (up to 20 hours per week).
  • Flexible working schedule with the opportunity to support clients across Europe.
  • Meaningful work improving the lives of neurodivergent individuals, families, and workplace communities.
  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary, and inclusive professional environment.
  • Opportunity to work with an international client population using evidence-based clinical practices.
  • High level of autonomy and flexibility while maintaining ongoing professional collaboration.
  • Inclusive workplace that values diversity, equity, and continuous professional growth.
