Leverage telemetry, gameplay data, crash reporting, and quality metrics to identify trends, assess risk, and focus testing efforts where they will have the greatest impact.

Create highโ€‘quality bug reports, support triage efforts, verify fixes, and help teams understand player impact and root causes.

Develop testing approaches for highly interconnected online systems including progression, persistence, inventory management, matchmaking, social features, and liveโ€‘service functionality.

Guide internal and external QA contributors by clarifying testing priorities, feature intent, expected behavior, and reporting standards.

Continuously evaluate emerging tools, technologies, testing methodologies, and quality practices that can improve team effectiveness and confidence in the product.

Advocate for the player while providing actionable feedback on usability, accessibility, progression, multiplayer experiences, and overall game quality.
