Job description

You will serve as a Project Manager in the MRO PRODUCTION DEPT, PROD LINES DIV of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) project management methodologies such as Theory of Constraints (TOC) Critical Chain Project management (CCPM), Drum Buffer Rope, 2) ability to analyze Earned Value Management data to identify and resolve production capacity shortfalls and maintain program milestones, 3) strong leadership, negotiation, and administrative skills to effectively plan, organize, and solve complex problems under pressure. A comprehensive knowledge of production operations, process methods, and management systems within a large aircraft industrial organization, alongside practical knowledge of aircraft repair trade skills and technical data interpretation.
